Includes blued grip cap (1.76" high, 1.33" wide, .28" thick), mounting screw, and Red-W insert (insert is 1.17" high x .73" wide). All parts are new. Insert has adhesive backing, but is old and possibly dried; I suggest installing with some hot melt glue or contact cement.
