I would guess that the objective lens of the binoculars is 56mm. The Night Vision binoculars are powered by a 9 volt battery which is not included. The binoculars are in very good working condition but the 9 volt battery compartment is very tight. I recommend using an Energizer Industrial 9 volt battery because the length and width of the battery are slightly smaller than most other 9 volt batteries. It fits easily in the battery compartment. One Energizer Industrial 9 Volt Battery will be included with the purchase of this item. These Night Vision Binoculars come with a carrying case. I believe that these binoculars were manufactured in the early 1990's. You must be 18 years or older to purchase this product. Can not ship this item outside of the USA.
