The slide is brushed. The frame has the sand blasted appearance. Both slide and frame have the factory Parco-Lubrite finish. Typical and correct for this late war model. Slide not numbered which is correct. Shipped on April 16, 1945 to Springfield (per Colt). All correct and original. At the muzzle end of the slide, in the darkened area only, there are spots of light corrosion. The front strap and bottom of the trigger guard show thinned finish. Some high-edge wear. Decent bore.
