This rifle was made on year only in 1988. These Classic series of rifles were put out each year in a different caliber. This would make an excellent trophy rifle. The bolt moves smoothly and the trigger is crisp. The jeweling on the bolt looks good with little to no wear. The rifle has a custom brake added to help in reducing the recoil. The bluing of the custom work is excellent and matches the original barrel blue very well. The bore is bright and shiny. Overall this rifle appears to be in near new condition with no major blemishes noted on the finish or wood stock. The rubber butt pad is supple and in great shape. The scope is a US made Burris 1 3/4-5. It includes the scope caps as pictured.
