This caliber 7.62x39 magazine has come to be called the “Russian Slab-Side” because of it smooth sides. It is believed that these magazines were only produced for a couple of years making them some what uncommon. This magazine appears unissued(normal storage marks). Magazine has the normal Russian inspection marks on the magazine body. Has a Izhevsk factory stamp on the magazine back. Magazines were made of 1mm steel and are extremely durable.
