Winchester Model 70 300 WSM Featherweight North American Big Game Series is a beautiful and functional rifle, one worth collecting as an is UNFIRED and offered by the ORIGINAL OWNER.
The Big Game Series rifle in 300 WSM is the Elk edition. This is offered as ONE RIFLE, NOT THE SET. Only 125 rifles of each caliber in the series set were ever produced by Winchester's Custom Shop. A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY from Winchester is INCLUDED.
Special features include hand-honed Controlled Round Feed pre-’64 type action, 24" chrome-moly steel,
sporter weight round barrels, fancy, satin polyurethane-finished American walnut stocks with Schnabel fore-ends and front and rear inletted sling piece steel picture frame trigger guard magazine assembly
resists floorplate rifle also features machined/hand checkered Featherweight™ checkering patterns, 1" Pachmayr® Decelerator® recoil
pad, engraved steel floorplate, trigger guard and features a Bull Elk highlighted in gold, accented by a silver background and embellished with gold line borders and a high-luster blued metal finish.
Included with the rifle is a Leupold Century Limited Edition 3-9X40 which cost $300 retail, the original scope box, which is a collectors items as well, is included.
