This item is a New DPMS complete lower with a 6 position AP4 stock, it is Forged from 7075-T6 Aircraft Aluminum Alloy it has a Hardcoated Anodized per mil spec and Teflon Coated Black finish, all you need is the complete upper to rock and is a right hand lower and chambered for the 223 has a three day inspection peorid, but if they choose to send back will pay shipping both ways and will also pay any incured charges from this site.
