AK-47, 80% Complete Receiver with a To-Scale Precision Print. These Receivers are premium quality 1.6mm/.060 thick, Die Pressed Quality Steel. Unlike most suppliers 1mm/.040 mild steel Stamped Receivers. After the Receiver is pressed, dimensions are checked then the go to a precision Milling Machine and the pistol grip block square, trigger hole, , magazine well and top rail of the Receiver are cut to print specs. The part is then inspected and hand filed to make sure your parts fit at a very close tolerance. The receiver is de-burred by hand then blasted with a medium that creates a super surface to work with. The print is a 15"x12" precision to-scale print with precise measurements to locate all your remaining holes and cuts. Included on the print are to-scale drawings and measurements for your inner rails. We also recommend that upon your completion of the receiver either harden the whole Receiver but at a minimum spot harden the trigger holes and hammer holes and also the ejector rail because it takes a beating. We offer heat treating/hardening services as well.
