This is a 1911 marked on the slide EJERCITO ARGENTINO 51ST COLT CAL 11.25MM D.G.F.M. - (F.M.A.P.) MODEL 1927 S/N 48622
This 1911 has a beaver tail and a colt magazine. Most of the bluing is gone from the slide and there is rust and piting on the slide and frame. There are markings on the frame but I cannot make them out. Photos below are shown of the markings. This 1911 comes with a Colt .45 AUTO magazine. From what I can tell it is operable with the exception of the safety detent. It seems to extend too far at times and locks the safety in the SAFE position. It can be easily depressed and changed to the FIRE position.
