Buyer to verify, but I believe KKM doesn't make this barrel anymore. Very minor wear marks, only approx. 50 rounds through it. I will also include a Glock 20 extractor that my gunsmith filed down slightly to maximize performance. When using 10mm magazines, heavier spring (20 lb) and modified extractor the gun performed reliably with no FTF/FTE using both standard and "hot" loads (should still work with stock spring and extractor). The only noticeable downside in my opinion was the brass was a bit "beat up" (smiley face). We determined this was due to the breach face on the .45 slide being slightly larger than the 10mm, causing the casing to spin at ejection and hitting the ejection port. Nonetheless, the 10mm is a very fun and accurate round to play with (we used Underwood 135 gn JHP rated at 1600 fps...wicked hot stuff!). I wouldn't expect 100% reliability, to be safe, as your life may depend on it if using for HD or as your sidearm when hunting in bear country. But you will enjoy the option of shooting 2 different rounds through 1 gun.
