This is a striker-fired rifle, the same system used in almost all modern handguns today. It comes with a metal folding stock, and a unique fiberglass impregnated material for handguards. It comes with a slant muzzle brake and takes the standard 30-round 7.62x39 magazines. it disassembles and cleans as easily as an AK, but is lighter and, in my opinion, handier. It's as rugged and reliable as an AK, but shoots smoother (in my opinion). This would be a nice piece to add to your military surplus collection, and one that won't come up for auction very often.
