Seller Description
Up for sale is a German P08 Luger with all matching parts except magazine. Grips are not original and I do not have the grip screws. Was a capture but Nazi markings were untouched and still visible. Externally in great condition. The bore does have moderate pitting throughout, but the gun functions fine. It was manufactured in 1942, I believe by Mauser.
Face-to-Face Policy: I am happy to do FTF transactions and I'm willing to negotiate on price for them. But I have a few rules:
1. Cash only.
2. SW Ohio meetup only. I will sell to any Ohio resident with valid Ohio ID but you must meet me in the Dayton area.
3. I reserve the right to refuse sale if I feel the buyer cannot legally own a firearm or may do something illegal with it. I don't sell to crooks or crazies.
4. The buyer may inspect the merchandise and refuse to buy if they feel I have misrepresented the item. Don't buy it without looking!
Payment Policy:
1. FTF is cash only, shipped is personal check, certified/bank check, or money order, with the last two being heavily preferred. For God's sake don't mail me cash.
2. Certified check and money orders are held for 3 business days.
3. I hold on personal check for 7 business days to ensure funds transfer, unless you have an excellent and proven feedback, then its the standard 3 business days.
