TX residents add 8.25% sales tax. buyer is responsible for paying for two (2) NFA $200 Tax Stamps (one for machine gun, one for silencer), total of $400 to ATF. if you are an out-of-state buyer, the weapons will transfer to your in-state Class 3 dealer on a tax-free Form 3 (Dealer-To-Dealer). buyer will have to arrange for the Class 3 Dealer to accept the weapons and have to pay any transfer fees associated, directly to that dealer. your in-state transfer dealer will then initiate transfer to you on a Tax paid Form 4, where you will have to pay the ATF for the two tax stamps. if you are an in-state buyer, the weapons will transfe from me to you on a Tax Paid Form 4 ($200 x 2). understand you cannot take possession of the weapons until ATF approves transfer. all in-state purchases require you to meet me in Austin, TX or an ATF recognized gun show to complete final transfer. you will need to ensure your Chief of Police, Sheriff, District Judge, etc, will sign off of on the paperwork, or have a valid corporation/trust. no refunds because you cannot obtain a CLEO signoff. please know this before purchasing. payment terms are certified funds or Credit Cards (V/MC/Disc) +3.5%. buyer has 5 days from commitment to purchase to get funds to me or i reserve the right to relist and resell the items.
