This is a brand new in box Beretta M9, purchased about 15 years ago. It has never fired, and includes everything shown in the pictures - the pistol, 2 15-round magazines, a CA standard lock, and associated paperwork/registration card. This is the closest you can get to the 92FS I carried in the Marines.

In-state purchases (South Carolina) do not require an FFL transfer and may be shipped via USPS (rifles) or FedEx (handguns) directly. Shipping charges still apply. In-person pickup in Columbia, SC or Greenville, SC can be arranged and will not be charged any shipping fees.
Out of state purchases will only be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. A copy of the dealer’s current FFL must be emailed or FAX’d prior to shipping. Once payment and the FFL are received, all sales will be shipping on the next business day and tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available.
Shipping outside of the continental United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories will include an additional shipping charge to be determined at the time of sale. Please ask before bidding/purchasing if this applies to you.
I am NOT an FFL licensed dealer. I am a private firearm owner selling guns from my personal collection. Therefore under BATFE regulations I am considered an “nonlicensee” and subject to [18 U.S.C. 922(a)(2)(A), 922(a) (3), 922(a)(5) and 922(e), 27 CFR 178.31, 27 CFR 478.31 and 478.30], also known as Commerce in Firearms and Ammunition (CFA). This law requires that when shipping to a buyer out of state I must ship to an FFL holder, BUT I AM NOT REQUIRED TO SHIP FROM AN FFL HOLDER. I understand some FFL dealers will only accept shipments that originate from another FFL dealer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm the particular policies of their FFL dealer in advance.
