Every state and even City/Counties in the U.S. has different laws, rules, & regulations & many states have restrictions as to what you can and can not own. **Finding out your State’s laws are up to you.** When ordering from one of these states, you will need to verify with your local FFL dealer if the Firearm is legal before we will ship it to them. If you order a firearm without checking to see if is legal, & we ship to your dealer only to find out it is not legal, the gun will have to be returned to us at the buyers expense plus a 15% restocking fee.
SHIPPING: Buyer Pays Shipping & Insurance Cost. Quoted Prices Are For The Lower 48 States. AK & HI Are Often An Additional Charge. HANDGUNS Are Shipped USPS Priority Mail At $35.00; LONG GUNS Are Shipped FEDEX Ground/Insured At $45.00 Unless Otherwise Stated Directly In The Auction. All Modern Firearms Must Be Shipped To Your FFL Dealer For Transfer. We will include a signed copy of our FFL with each firearm shipped. U.S. Sales Only, SORRY WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER GUNS MUST SHIP TO YOUR DEALER, EVEN LOCAL.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted as well as postal money order.
No personal checks. Price is for money order/certified funds payment. If paying with credit card you loose the cash discount so add 3% to the total price including shipping. Cash discount loss of 3% on credit cards are not refundable.
Tennessee buyer's must pay 9.75% sales tax on this item. No shipments to California. Shipping To States With Special Requirements Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, and possibly more states have special requirements.
If a firearm is returned by the transfer FFL due to NICs decline or customer refusing shipment, purchase will be refunded minus shipping both ways and a 15% restocking fee.
Used firearms have a 3 day from delivery inspection period. If returned all papers etc.,that were shipped with the gun must be returned with it for full credit. Please note credit card fees and shipping costs are not refundable. You can email or call us about any Return policies. All new firearms are warrantied by the manufacturer and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please check your manual or manufacturer’s website for contact information. We do not warranty or gurantee used firearms. If item arrives at FFL damaged,buyer must contact us prior to completing transfer to arrange for return of item and refund. No refunds will be issued once a firearm transfer has been completed.
