This is a brand new in box Daniel Defense M4 V7 AR-15 rifle chambered for
5.56mm NATO. This rifle features a Chrome Lined 16" Cold Hammer Forged Chrome
Moly Vanadium steel barrel with a popular 1:7" twist rate. Cold Hammer Forging
produces the strongest, longest lasting barrels available, further enhanced by
the Chrome Lining for exceptional corrosion resistance. The barrel is Magnetic
Particle Inspected and High Pressure Tested to ensure flawlessness, and
mil-spec heavy phosphate coated for abrasion resistance. The mid-length gas
system offers smooth cycling and decreases heat-related fatigue to internal
componentry as compared to carbine length systems.
The mil-spec upper receiver has M4 feed ramps for reliable chambering, and a
flat top Picatinny rail for easily and securely mounting optics or BUIS. The
bolt carrier group is mil-spec, Magnetic Particle Inspected, and the gas key
properly staked. The lower receiver is mil-spec and features a bevelled
magazine well for quicker, easier reloads.
A 12" Daniel Defense free-float modular handguard is equipped, boasting a
full length top rail and 3 modular rail segments that can be placed as needed,
or left off entirely. A Magpul MOE adjustable butt stock is outfitted to
accommodate any operator. One 30 round PMAG is included, and this rifle ships
in a Daniel Defense padded hard case.
