The current production of Rossi revolvers is FAR superior to the ones I remember from long ago. We took this little gem in on trade recently and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality, feel and appearance of this 5-shot ROSSI all-Stainless Model 88 in .38 Special chambering.
It looks like, and feels like a S&W 60 "J-Frame". The trigger action is smooth in both DA and SA; the lockup is tight and the gun indexes spot on. It's just a nice little package at a reasonable price.
