The ultra-premium GUN-KOTE™ is a premier metal coating & finish first specified by the U.S. Military for use on SOCOM Special Sniper Weapons (SPR’s) in 2003. GUN-KOTE™ is superior to parkerized, blued, or air dry finishes in both durability and performance. GUN-KOTE™ satin matte black finish protects metal parts from rust, corrosion, & scratches and will not break down, peel or dissolve. In fact, once applied and heat-cured, the only way to remove it is through abrasive blasting. GUN-KOTE™ is resistant to all known gun solvents, oils, and thinners. GUN-KOTE™ is a highly specialized, hard, abrasion resistant coating that meets all military specifications for protective coatings. GUN-KOTE™ is formulated to provide excellent impact resistance, lubricity (meets military dry firing specs), heat dissipation, chemical resistance, corrosion protection, durability, and scratch resistance. It is specially formulated for salt corrosion protection and meets US Military requirements for "Resistant to Chemicals". GUN-KOTE™ has outstanding heat dissipating qualities, outstanding temperature variation durability (+800 degrees F to -300 degrees F), and outstanding lubrication qualities (self-lubricating benefits from molybdenum disulfide). The UTG® M4 style collapsible stock adjusts to 6 positions & includes metal tear-drop, locking ring and aluminum tube for maximum strength. The adaptor has a threaded aluminum insert for secure attachment to the rifle. The ergonomically shaped adaptor forms a natural cheek rest for shooting comfort. The NDS receiver is mfg. in the USA from Ordnance Grade 4130 alloy steel and heat treated to 40 on the Rockwell "C" Scale. It is a TRUE double stack hi-capacity receiver with the correct "dimples" that securely hold magazines and drums for proper feed & function. The G2 double-hook trigger group delivers a crisp 3-4 lb. trigger pull. The original CHROME LINED barrel features a bayonet lug and threaded muzzle with slotted muzzle brake. The UTG® PRO Model 47 tactical quad-rail system is made in the USA from aircraft aluminum alloy with precision CNC machining. The four mil-spec picatinny rails have integrated QD-swivel housings on left/right rails for accessory applications. The locking channel system between the upper & lower hand-guards, combined with four Allen bolts, provides the most stable shooting platform possible. The hard-coat anodized finish provides wear resistance. Snap on black rubber rail guards are included. The Israeli pistol grip has ergonomic finger groves with a hinged bottom plate and battery storage area. The combat grade aluminum alloy vertical foregrip is just 4 inches long. It features a quick-detach spring tension locking nut and textured surface for a sure-grip. The smart end cap has precise machine threads and waterproof O-ring seals/storage compartment. UTG GOLDEN IMAGE™ tactical CQB red/green dot scope is built on the True Strength platform with SSS Structure for maximum durability. The large 34mm objective lens provides a great field of view and unlimited eye relief; dual red or green dot illumination; non-reflective high tech emerald coating; built-in integral sunshade; quick aim for instant target acquisition; spring loaded flip-open lens caps; compact-only 7½” long; includes the AccuShot one-piece integral aluminum mount with quick detach thumb screws. The Dragon Claw barrel mount bipod is made of lightweight aluminum & features a quick lock system, telescopic legs, and folds under the barrel.
