Highly collectable and RARE Geo. S. Patton 45 LC. from the American Historical Foundation. This is the 2nd Edition, 1st copy of the Famous General George S. Patton SAA Colt. These were a limited production SAA chambered in 45 Long Colt and this is # 18.. Unfired and Unturned in the original Custom ordered display case. Not sure about any papers. These were ordered from Uberti and SILVER plated. Shipped to the US and hand Engraved here. Original issue price was $2,995.00. You will find a typical gun as this in Nickel or Silver and Hand Engraved for $5,000.00 and above. A display case was available for an extra $300.00 and only 250 cases were made.. Not everyone ordered the optional case. Got lucky on this one and it has it. No flaking, dulling or clouding of case has a small vertical mark on the left side in the rear of case. They are a really great show piece as you can see. I have all the Colt Patton guns. If interested just call or write. . FYI. I have all of the Colt Patton Collector issue handguns with display cases.
