An innovation in bolt action rifle design can be found in The Fix by Q. A one-piece receiver means there is no chassis which equals less weight. Faster cycling of the bolt is made possible with the 45 degree short bolt throw. The 22" barrel is constructed with stainless sell and a tapered threaded muzzle with a 5/8"-24 TPI Cherry Bomb muzzle brake. A full-length Q-SERT free-floating handguard protects the barrel and has a full-length Picatinny rail for mounting optics and accessories. The folding stock has an adjustable cheek riser and butt pad for a custom fit to the rifle. For precision shooting The Fix has a two-stage match trigger.
