Already have an account? Login Contact Seller Description: Very Rare Smith & Wesson Model 19-P Combat Magnum Revolver serial #AWF0930, 357 Magnum, 4” barrel with an excellent bore. In 1987 Smith & Wesson built a fixed sighted version of the Model 19 for export to Peru. Only a small quantity were shipped to Peru, the remainder sent to Smith & Wesson distributor WISCHO in Germany and proofed in Belgium. Exact number of guns produced and shipped are not known. This gun is one of the West German exports and it appears to be as new in the box. The metal surfaces retain about 99% original blue finish with minimal freckling on the backstrap. The smooth combat trigger and service hammer retain strong case-hardened colors. The checkered factory goncalo alves target grips remain in excellent condition and feature silver S&W medallions and a speed loader cut on the left panel. The main feature of this gun is the fixed sights, the front is Baughman ramp with a factory cut groove down the center filled with yellow paint to draw the eye. This gun times and locks up as good as the day it left the factory. There are Belgian definitive foreign arms proof marks on the bottom of the barrel, cylinder, and bottom of the frame. The barrel also has the WISCHO importer mark. It includes a factory box that is correctly end labeled and numbered to the gun, unopened factory cleaning kit, and a manual. This is one of those rare opportunities to buy an extremely desirable and seldom-seen gun in superb condition.
