Little needs to be said about the Browning Citori that is not evident in the gun itself. Built in Japan using state of the art machinery. Each Citori is precisely engineered and of the utmost quality and features chromed bores and chambers. The receiver and trigger guard are tastefully engraved and have a Silver Nitride factory finish, the gun is tight as new, and the lever is Way Right of Center. The Japanese guns are known for having higher grade wood than their European counterparts and this example epitomizes the trend, its furniture shows remarkable grain, with plenty of figured feather crotch fiddleback, perfect checkering and a forend with Schnable tip all protected with a factory hand rubbed oil finish. It has a full pistol grip with a right-hand palm swell. This 2003 Citori, serial number 17020MX131 has Invector Plus+ Midas Extended screw-in chokes (SK/IC are fitted) mirror bores, vent ribs, a ported barrel and a trigger adjustable for pull, two extra trigger shoes are included along with a leather covered hard case. This Browning 525 has no primer marks on the breech face and appears ‘as new’ and unfired. This is a great opportunity to get a ‘as new’ Browning Citori 525 for ‘used gun’ money, so don’t hesitate or this gem will be gone!
