This rifle has never been fired, and is in 100% condition.  Its fluted barrel has a muzzle brake, and other features include a checkered walnut stock with Monte Carlo cheekpiece and swivel studs, 3 rd. detachable magazine, adjustable trigger, recoil pad, and two position safety.  No sales to California.
