Still an icon in the modern day, it was manufactured between 1873 and 1923. Seen in many classic films, none more famous than the 1950 Western starring James Stewart, Winchester ’73. The Model1873 still holds a vaunted position in the firearms pantheon. This rifle is homage to those famous guns of the past. Taylors & Co have captured the elegance and style of the original 1873. Modern manufacturing techniques make possible this stunning Winchester Model 1873 with superb fit and finish throughout the rifle. Exhibiting 99+% of its factory original finishes with a mirror bore, full length magazine, perfect screws, stunning factory case color on the receiver, lever and hammer this rifle appears ‘as New”. The richly finished metalwork is complimented with nicely grained walnut furniture featuring plenty of fiddleback and a blued crescent buttplate.
