My dad had it made for himself as a birthday present, and then he passed away the same day that this pistol was completed and inspected.

We had planned to take it to the range whenever it came in. So after probate cleared and I was able to get it, I took it out a couple of times and put around 100 rounds through it. 

I don’t want to sell it, but my mom lives a few states over, and is the primary caregiver for my granny who has late stage dementia. I was under the impression everything was going okay, but about a week ago she had a problem with my granny becoming physically violent with her.

So now my fiancé and I are scrambling to move up there to help her out. I never thought I would sell this for any reason. The thought never crossed my mind until now, because we’re upending our entire lives to go help, because she has no other family there. I’m basically the only one who can just pick up and go in a short amount of time.

It really, really sucks. I cherish this pistol. It means the world to me, but I have to go help my mom and that requires us to come up with a fund to move ourselves and stuff up there, as well as support us until we get settled with new  sources of income.
