In possession of a Remington Model 1897 in .30 Cal, a Hopkins & Allen Ranger No. 2 in .32 Rimfire, Serial Number 7081, and a handheld leather whip. All items were owned by José Doroteo Arango Arámbula, AKA: Pancho Villa!!! Inscribed into the left grip of the revolver is the following in Spanish "For Doroteo Aranago your friend Al Obregon October 4, 1898 birthday 21. Alvaro Obregon was a Mexican military General and was the 46th President of Mexico. Inscribed on the right grip of the revolver is eleven "kill" notches. Revolver hammer will not cock but could probably be fixed by a gunsmith. Also included are three photos: one of Pancho Villa; one of Pancho Villa's death mask; and one of Villa's legitimate wives, Donna Luz Corral Villa. Auction also includes the handmade display rack shown in some of the pictures. Made of a Mexican wood with inlaid turquoise.
