In this recipe, we cooked the burgers on a Firedisc cooker. It is a cross between a wok and a griddle and makes it easier to control the rate of cooking and produces an excellent burger. You can also cook venison burgers on a grill or griddle, but we liked the convenience and flexibility of the FireDisc. Check them out here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.firedisccookers.com\/\" campaign=\"FireDiscHunt365\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\">https:\/\/www.firedisccookers.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Venison Burgers<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>2 Lbs Ground Venison<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd Lb Ground Bacon<\/p>\n<p>1 T Garlic &#8211; Minced<\/p>\n<p>3 Shallots \u2013 Minced<\/p>\n<p>1 t Fresh Thyme<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc C Italian Bread Crumbs<\/p>\n<p>1 T Fresh Parsley \u2013 Minced<\/p>\n<p>2 T Worcestershire Sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 Egg \u2013 Beaten<\/p>\n<p>Salt and Pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>Grind venison and bacon.<\/p>\n<p>(optional)\u00a0 Cook garlic and shallots in oil until tender and shallots are translucent.
