A judge Wednesday morning signed an arrest warrant for Cody Wilson on charges relating to sex with a minor, local media reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0warrant,\u00a0filed by the Austin Police Dept., accuses Wilson of engaging in intercourse and oral sex with a juvenile female under the age of 17.\u00a0 Investigators claim Wilson paid the girl $500 after the encounter. which allegedly occurred on Aug. 15 at the\u00a0Archer Hotel.<\/p>\n

Police say that the two met on the website sugardaddymeet.com, a site geared toward hooking up successful men with “young and attractive” women.\u00a0 The two exchanged text messages along with explicit photos, according to authorities.<\/p>\n

Wilson is now being charged with having sex with an underage person, a second-degree felony.\u00a0 If convicted,\u00a0Wilson could spend up to 20 years behind bars and be forced to pay a fine of up to $10,000.\u00a0 Of course, convicted felons are also prohibited from possessing, owning, buying, selling firearms under federal law.<\/p>\n

GunsAmerica reached out to the Austin PD to get a copy of the affidavit.\u00a0 We will post it in its entirety once we receive it.\u00a0 We also reached out to Cody Wilson for comment.\u00a0 No reply thus far.<\/p>\n
