We always slam the Left for politicizing a tragedy, so I suppose we should do the same for Don Jr., who posted the following to Twitter on the heels of the shooting at Youtube headquarters yesterday that left the gunwoman dead, and three others injured.<\/p>\n

You think there\u2019s any chance whatsoever that a mass shooters hateful Instagram and YouTube channels would be pulled immediately if they were NRA members as opposed to liberal Vegan PETA activists? Asking for a few million friends in the @NRA<\/a><\/p>\n

Yeah, it’s just hard to because Trump Jr. makes a really, really valid point.\u00a0 Were the shooter to be affiliated with a gun rights organization like the NRA the media would be having a field day arguing how the nation’s gun lobby is a “terrorist organization<\/a>,” how it is responsible for the deaths of millions of Americans and how its members are complicit in the murder of those Americans.<\/p>\n

Not today, though.\u00a0 The shooter, identified as\u00a0Nasim Najafi Aghdam, was reportedly an unhinged animal activist<\/a>.\u00a0 Early speculation is that she targeted Youtube because it began censoring her videos.<\/p>\n

“There is no equal growth opportunity on YOUTUBE or any other video sharing site, your channel will grow if they want to!!!!!” she said in a post on social media<\/a>. “Youtube filtered my channels to keep them from getting views!”<\/p>\n

My guess is that the media will, as actress Mindy Robinson tweeted, “bury this” story. They’ll bury it just about as fast as they did the story about the armed resource officer<\/a> that stopped an active shooter at a Maryland high school last month.\u00a0 Speaking of which, where was the follow up on that?<\/p>\n
