Earlier in the year, I conducted a full review of a complete HTC belt system, and I was very impressed. These guys make <a href=\"https:\/\/highthreatconcealment.com\/products\/modular-systems.html\" campaign=\"HTCModularSystems\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\">high-quality kit,<\/a> purpose-built for real-world missions. The low vis system I tested is the best I have ever seen, and I wish I had one when I was doing this type of thing for real years ago. The company has a healthy mix of Military, law enforcement, and contracting Veterans, which reflects in the design of the systems. This is the first system from HTC, not designed for concealment. It doesn\u2019t take a rocket scientist to figure out that \u201chidden gun\u201d does not equate to \u201c ideal draw position\u201d. The APS system allows the HTC belt to switch to a more ergonomic draw position for the pistol, provided concealment is not needed.<\/p>\n<h2>Crux Battle Belt<\/h2>\n<p>Next is the Crux battle belt. Again stepping toward the comfortable, away from deep concealment theme. This is a thick, wide, battle belt, with laser cut MOLLE attachment points to reduce weight. There are also laser cuts at 1-inch intervals, allow the belt to come in front of the MOLLE. Basically, this means you can put your holster and knife where you want, and MOLLE the rest. This is a slightly beefed up version of the low profile system, to include more bullets. The trade-off with concealed is light, in both size and capability. The Salvo bridges the gap, offering more options for ammo heavy missions (like PSD), without going all the way to battle belt sized (assault role).
