Gun bunny. A mag’s best friend.<\/p><\/div>\n

This week, on you can\u2019t be serious…<\/p>\n

Normally, I bring you some kind of magical product that you can’t possibly live without. This week, not so much. Need? No. Desire? Now that is an entirely different set of questions.<\/p>\n

My searching of all things gun this week has led me down the path to mag wraps. What, exactly, is a mag wrap<\/a>? It is an overgrown sticker that you put on your magazine. Why on God\u2019s Green Earth would you want that? My\u00a0answer, why not? Why wouldn’t you want to dress up your magazine?<\/p>\n

All joking aside, there are a few legitimate reasons to apply a mag wrap:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Need your gun so camo that every inch counts? Problem solved. You can buy camouflage mag wraps, including Kryptec patterns.<\/li>\n
  2. Worried about losing your magazine? \u00a0Pick a unique or stylized pattern and you’ll never have to worry about it getting lost in the field again.<\/li>\n
  3. Do you attend a lot of training classes or train with a stable of other goons? Perfect, a mag wrap will make it very easy to identify your stuff. Not a lot of Gadsden Flag PMAGs floating around on this earth — at least not yet. \u00a0That may change after this story breaks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Okay, I know what you’re thinking. \u00a0All of those issues can also be solved with a liberal coat of paint from a rattle can. \u00a0But, I ask, where’s the fun in that?<\/p>\n

    See, I like mag wraps because they are good fun and they allow me to decorate my gun like I decorate my shoes. \u00a0There are tons of patterns to choose from, everything from flames to Nintendo controllers to gun bunnies and all at a price point starting around $4. Given that, again, I ask why not? \u00a0Why wouldn’t you wrap up your mag?<\/p>\n
