I\u2019m still haunted by Jack London\u2019s \u201cTo Build A Fire.<\/a>\u201d\u00a0 <\/span>I first read it in the seventh grade and 20 years later it\u2019s still fresh in my mind.\u00a0 <\/span>That closing paragraph when the dog realizes the man\u2026 well, I don\u2019t want to spoil it for you if you haven\u2019t read the short story, but needless to say, it is quite breathtaking.<\/p>\n

While one can argue that there are multiple morals to the story, the main takeaway is do\u00a0not venture out into the wild without a tried and true method to build a fire.<\/em><\/p>\n

When it comes to fire starting, Zippo\u2019s got one covered.\u00a0 <\/span>New for 2017 is an array of products that will get the job done, even in the most extreme conditions.<\/p>\n
