With a cold barrel it was a tack driver, shooting about 1 inch groups with cheap steel-case ammo and sub-MOA for the first couple of shots with a scope. As the barrel heated, groups opened to three or four inches. Off hand, he rang a 12 inch steel plate at 100 yards 18 times out of 20. The trigger broke cleanly at 5.1 pounds.
