Many criminals are conditioned to live in poverty, many criminals are already armed, and many have no moral qualms about taking whatever from whomever to survive &#8212; all of which, one can argue, makes them uniquely poised to deal with hard times.  <\/p>\n<p>What are your thoughts on this?
