New York Daily News<\/a> reports.<\/p>\nGuard Lt. Col. Steven Fairbourn told the Daily News Saturday that a 19th Special Forces noncommissioned officer who permitted the video to be partially shot at the training center south of Salt Lake City also faces a reprimand and mandatory early retirement.<\/p>\n
Along with the officer, three other soldiers who participated in the photo shoot will be disciplined, including counseling, reprimand and a fine to the tune of $200 for fuel that was used.<\/p>\n
“Productions of this kind are not in keeping with the values of the Utah National Guard nor its members,” the National Guard said in a statement.<\/p>\n
