During that encounter, the 22-year-old pulled a <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/we-shoot-the-new-smith-wesson-victory-22-lr-pistol\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"michigan-mall-shooting-self-defense\" title=\"Michigan Mall Shooting Raises Major Self-Defense Questions\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"7230\">handgun<\/a> and fired multiple rounds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Pontiac man, later identified by family as KeShawn Emory, was killed. You still have the self-defense argument.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, violating a mall&#8217;s private policy could potentially lead to other consequences.
