The key is for onlookers to (1) not panic, (2) remember the new state law that passed last year legalizing concealed carry, and (3) use sound judgment.<\/p>\n
If the guy carrying the firearm looks suspicious or like he’s up to no good or is not making a concerted effort to conceal the handgun then by all means contact the police. But if exposing the gun appeared to be an accident while he was doing normal everyday things, and he’s just going on about his business, then leave him be. <\/p>\n
