Not control but definitely a seat at the table.  At the same time, there are guardrails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beretta has agreed to a three-year standstill, meaning it won\u2019t attempt a takeover, launch proxy fights, or push major <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/morgan-dont-regret-standing-trying-affect-change-gun-control\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"ruger-beretta-strike-deal-what-this-partnership-means\" title=\"Ruger, Beretta Strike Deal: What This New Partnership Means\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"4847\">control changes<\/a> during that period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also agreed to vote its shares in line with Ruger\u2019s board recommendations in most cases.
