That\u2019s usually a sign that a product struck a nerve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-does-it-actually-work\">Does It Actually Work?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s the real question.
