The Preston incident starts around 1:10:00 minutes in. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI used to <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/the-latest-in-pocket-carry-berettas-380-pico-media-day-at-the-range-shot-show-2014\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"did-charlie-sheen-shoot-kelly-preston\" title=\"Did Charlie Sheen Shoot Kelly Preston?\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1297\">carry<\/a> a little revolver in my back pocket,\u201d Sheen said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The weapon had sat in his jeans long enough to leave a permanent outline, and when he got home that day, he tossed the pants with the <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/north-carolina-robbery-suspect-caught-with-loaded-gun-inside-body-cavity\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"did-charlie-sheen-shoot-kelly-preston\" title=\"Did Charlie Sheen Shoot Kelly Preston?\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1299\">gun still inside<\/a> on the bathroom scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly Preston later went to use the bathroom, saw the pants on the scale, and picked them up. That\u2019s when the gun fell. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt hits the linoleum, hits the tile floor, and sends a round through the toilet \u2014 right next to her leg,\u201d Sheen recalled. Preston wasn\u2019t shot. She apparently was struck by porcelain shrapnel from the shattered toilet, suffering minor injuries to her calf and wrist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-see-also-mossberg-990-aftershock-tiny-savage-semi-auto\">SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/mossberg-990-aftershock-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"did-charlie-sheen-shoot-kelly-preston\" title=\"Did Charlie Sheen Shoot Kelly Preston?\">Mossberg 990 Aftershock: Tiny, Savage, Semi Auto<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShe got four stitches in her calf and a couple in her wrist,\u201d Sheen said. \u201cIt was ultimately my fault for not being responsible with the weapon and leaving it in my pocket.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sheen described hearing the shot from downstairs, rushing up to find Preston in shock but conscious and coherent. He called 911. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNothing about it felt immediately life-threatening,\u201d he said. \u201cBut we were very lucky. If that barrel was a couple millimeters different, who knows?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sheen added that Preston wasn\u2019t even particularly angry afterward, but the press immediately spun it into something far more sinister. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/job-life-story-don-pitaniello\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" and a Half Men<\/em> co-star Jon Cryer mentioned it in a documentary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sheen seemed frustrated that Cryer never asked him directly. \u201cHe had eight years to get to the bottom of
