This right knows no national boundaries. That includes using guns to stop a threat and protect <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/virginia-governors-anti-gun-veto-will-likely-cost-innocent-lives\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"bus-stop-attack-in-israel-shows-why-armed-citizens-save-lives\" title=\"Bus Stop Attack in Israel Shows Why Armed Citizens Save Lives\">innocent lives<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gottlieb also recalled that following Hamas\u2019 Oct. 7, 2023 massacre that killed 1,200 Israelis, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/israel-national-security-minister-to-massively-arm-civilian-security-teams-in-wake-of-hamas-attack\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"bus-stop-attack-in-israel-shows-why-armed-citizens-save-lives\" title=\"Bus Stop Attack in Israel Shows Why Armed Citizens Save Lives\">pushed<\/a> to expand civilian firearm licensing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CCRKBA supported the move then, and Monday\u2019s attack, Gottlieb said, vindicates that strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports say Hamas and other terror groups praised the attack. For Gottlieb, that\u2019s exactly why disarmament policies are dangerous. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen people are being killed or wounded before your very eyes, calling 9-1-1 is not an option. Israel evidently understands this, and it is time for gun prohibitionists here in the United States to admit their crusade of citizen disarmament only creates more defenseless victims who can\u2019t
