On one side, the argument for more restrictions \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/trump-admin-new-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"charlie-kirk-the-best-gun-debate-in-years\" title=\"The Best Gun Debate in Years?\">red flag laws<\/a>, registries, and tighter oversight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other, the pushback: gun ownership is a right, not a privilege, and government regulation almost always turns into overreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kirk wasted no time zeroing in: <em>\u201cIs gun ownership a right or a privilege?\u201d<\/em> It was the kind of question that cuts through fluff and forces clarity.
