So guns was in the wrong hands, and even my hands was the wrong hands at the time.\u201d<\/em> Translation: criminals <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/moms-demand-action-rep-breaks-new-jersey-gun-laws\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"rapper-flavor-flav-calls-for-gun-ban\" title=\"Rapper Flavor Flav Calls for Gun Ban\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"320\">break gun laws<\/a>. Shocking revelation there, Flav.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>He still wants the police to have guns.<\/strong> Because that worked out so well in the last century\u2019s authoritarian regimes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>He glosses over Chicago\u2019s reality.<\/strong> The mass shooting he references happened in a city with some of the strictest <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/national-guard-responds-to-prospect-of-enforcing-gun-control-in-virginia\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"rapper-flavor-flav-calls-for-gun-ban\" title=\"Rapper Flavor Flav Calls for Gun Ban\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"318\">gun control in the nation<\/a>. Those laws didn\u2019t stop the shooter \u2013 they only stopped law-abiding citizens from protecting themselves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s the truth: Guns aren\u2019t the problem. Criminals are.
