Toure said the mission is simple: empower communities with knowledge and the ability to defend themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re going to make this demographic be the new largest gun-buying demographic in America,\u201d he told Stossel. And it\u2019s working. He compared widespread firearm ownership to having a cell phone \u2013 something every American should carry for protection, especially vulnerable women on college campuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also slammed licensing requirements as unconstitutional infringements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLicenses are the government selling you your rights back,\u201d he said.
