In a video breaking down the incident, Noir said what many gun owners are thinking: \u201cIf there\u2019s one place that should be off-limits when it comes to crime, it\u2019s the damn donut shop.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But criminals don\u2019t care about your breakfast\u2014or your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Witnesses say the shop employee drew his firearm and shot the suspect during the robbery attempt. Noir didn\u2019t mince words: \u201cI call them crash-outs for a reason. They\u2019re like baby rattlesnakes\u2014more dangerous because they don\u2019t know how to control their venom.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His point? It\u2019s not just hardened adult criminals committing violent acts. It\u2019s teens. And they\u2019re armed\u2014despite the layers of gun control laws already on the books. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSomeone explain to me how these kids are getting all these guns if we have all these <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/shall-not-be-infringed-act-proposes-sweeping-repeal-of-gun-control-laws\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"donut-shop-worker-turns-tables-armed-robber\" title=\"Donut Shop Worker Turns Tables on Armed Robber\">gun control laws<\/a> that are supposed to stop kids from getting guns,\u201d Noir asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noir\u2019s answer? More laws won\u2019t stop criminals. They just disarm the law-abiding. \u201cWe don\u2019t need more laws. We need more empowerment,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also raised an uncomfortable truth: even when you do everything right\u2014save lives, act responsibly\u2014you could still be dragged through the legal system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEven when you save lives, you could still be on the hook legally,\u201d he warned, pointing to the grand jury now reviewing the donut shop case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This shooting is a reminder that self-defense isn\u2019t about wanting violence. It\u2019s about being ready when someone else brings it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noir wrapped it up best: \u201cYou can\u2019t comply your way to safety.
