LASD<\/a><\/em>, non-California residents can now apply for California CCW permits!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s right. After years of unconstitutional gatekeeping, the California <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/springfield-armory-new-saint-victor-rifles-and-pistols\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"non-residents-can-now-apply-for-california-ccw-permits\" title=\"Non-Residents Can Now Apply for California CCW Permits!\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"674\">Rifle &amp; Pistol<\/a> Association (CRPA), with help from powerhouse groups like Gun Owners of America, Gun Owners of California, and the Second Amendment Foundation, has cracked the door wide open. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the court agreed: your zip code shouldn&#8217;t decide whether you get to defend yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">CCW permit applications from nonresidents of CA can now be submitted thanks to our preliminary injunction CRPA v. So if you&#8217;re heading to LA County, check first to make sure you fall under LASD jurisdiction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everyone else?
