The government argued that machine guns are particularly dangerous, but the court noted that they failed to prove they are unusual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ruling referenced another recent case, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/casetext.com\/case\/united-states-v-morgan-570\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"fed-court-strikes-down-machine-gun-ban\" title=\"Fed Court Strikes Down Machine Gun Ban!\">United States v.
