The ruling is stayed for 30 days. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/gMvMqiwnBW\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"court-strikes-down-illinois-gun-ban\" title=\"Court Strikes Down Illinois Gun Ban\">pic.twitter.com\/gMvMqiwnBW<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Gun Owners Foundation (@GunFoundation) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GunFoundation\/status\/1854987993863668190?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"court-strikes-down-illinois-gun-ban\" title=\"Court Strikes Down Illinois Gun Ban\">November 8, 2024<\/a><\/blockquote> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p>Erich Pratt, GOA\u2019s Senior <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/vice-president-harris-wants-soviet-style-price-fixing-what-could-she-do-to-guns\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"court-strikes-down-illinois-gun-ban\" title=\"Court Strikes Down Illinois Gun Ban\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"3722\">Vice President<\/a>, welcomed the decision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis week just keeps getting better for gun owners and worse for anti-gunners like J.B. Pritzker.
