This Senate composition not only strengthens GOA\u2019s \u201cNo Compromise\u201d lobbying efforts but also sets the stage for confirming federal judges committed to upholding the Second Amendment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Victories in key races included the re-election of Senator Ted Cruz in Texas and the defeat of anti-gun lobbyist Ryan Busse in <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/montana-tough-franchis-momentum-elite-varmint-rifle-takes-on-pronghorns-and-prairie-dogs\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"pro-gun-candidates-sweep-2024-elections\" title=\"Pro-Gun Candidates Sweep 2024 Elections!\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"3742\">Montana\u2019s<\/a> governor\u2019s race. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aidan Johnston, GOA\u2019s Director of Federal Affairs, pointed to this \u201cpro-gun mandate\u201d from voters as a call to action for Congress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is time that Congress finally enact national <a href=\"https:\/\/gunsamerica.com\/digest\/police-unions-oppose-reciprocity\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"pro-gun-candidates-sweep-2024-elections\" title=\"Pro-Gun Candidates Sweep 2024 Elections!\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"3741\">concealed carry reciprocity<\/a>, destroy the ATF\u2019s illegal gun registry, de-regulate suppressors, and quit funding unconstitutional \u2018red flag\u2019 gun confiscation laws,\u201d Johnston asserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CCRKBA also celebrated the pivotal role gun owners played in the election outcome, particularly in battleground states. Alan Gottlieb, CCRKBA\u2019s Chairman, credited \u201cmillions of \u2018gun voters\u2019\u201d for blocking a Harris administration and upending anti-gun agendas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-see-also-can-you-shoot-down-a-drone\">SEE ALSO: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gunsamerica.com\/digest\/can-you-shoot-down-a-drone\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"clickTracking\" campaign=\"pro-gun-candidates-sweep-2024-elections\" title=\"Pro-Gun Candidates Sweep 2024 Elections!\">Can You Shoot Down a Drone?<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>He pointed to wins in Montana, where voters re-elected pro-gun Governor Greg Gianforte and flipped a Senate seat with Republican Tim Sheehy\u2019s win over Democrat Jon Tester. \u201cIn this election,\u201d Gottlieb remarked, \u201cthe Democrats shot blanks and the voters buried their gun ban agenda.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, Gottlieb warned that the fight is far from over. \u201cI bet they will double down on gun prohibition because they know that it was gun owners that removed them from power,\u201d he said.
