A homeowner in Fayette County, PA shot an intruder in the face last weekend after the intruder refused to leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intruder In The Home<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Police identified the intruder as 62-year-old David Luczak. Luczak entered the home just before noon and walked through several rooms before exiting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The homeowner, who was present during the invasion, grabbed a pistol and confronted the intruder outside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, according to USA Carry<\/em><\/a>, Luczak attempted to re-enter the home. The homeowner repeatedly told him to leave.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
